1. What name will show on my credit card ?

2. Does my order come with insurance or registered post ?
Optional extra : We subsidise this service and charge only $10. Express Post is also available - check with us to see if your area is serviced.
3. Delivery charges for an Australian delivery address* who spend over $50 GST inc. are free orders under $50 GST inc will be charged
$5.00 GST inc.
*For deliveries to the
Northern Territory orders up to $90 GST inc. the delivery charge will be a subsidised $20 GST inc. orders over $90 GST inc the delivery charge will be $38.50.
These are estimates only and you may be contacted prior to dispatch of your order.
4. Overseas Orders can be fulfilled. We will contact you upon your order being submitted with the final postage costs.
5. All of our products are Australian Made - except CellBoost.
6. Returns policy - our returns policy is that the item needs to be unopened, undamaged and returned to us within 5 working days. Should you wish to return an item please contact the office upon receipt of your delivery. Refund does not include the cost of postage.
